Information on cancelled membership is encrypted and archived, so can not be recovered.
Please enroll again. Upon cancellation, re-enrollment is only allowed after 10 days from the day of cancellation.

You may be subject to withdrawal restrictions due to recognition of abnormal transactions such as hacking. If the normal transaction confirmation period becomes longer, please contact customer service.

1) I can’t remember my user ID.
Please send an email to info@cexstock.com with the information you may have entered during the enrollment.
If you provide us with your mobile phone number / email verified during enrollment / frequently used ID, we will get back to you after we verify the membership information.
However, when you send the above information to us, you must use an email address that is able to receive emails.(Occasionally, someone sends email using the MMS function of the mobile phone and we can not send a reply back.) 

2) I can’t remember my password.
Passwords may be reset only by the members themselves. (Your password has been encrypted and can not be retrieved even by Cexstock.com.)
Login - Please click on ‘Password Reset’ and click ‘Reset’ after entering your user ID.
An email “Password Reset” will be send to the email address verified during enrollment.
Upon the receipt of this email, please reset your password.

If you send an email with your intent to cancel membership using the email used for Security Level 1 Verification, membership cancellation will be processed and the result will be send to the same email.

2. There is a transaction but doesn’t apply to the reasons of membership cancellation disapproval;

Email verification must be completed AFTER the enrollment PROCESS FOR the enrolled account TO be activated (ACCESSIBLE).
A confirmation email FOR “Account Activation” IS send OUT TO the email address entered during the enrollment.

Enrollment is allowed for checking general information such as the market rate. However, there may be restrictions on trade depending on the verification level.

The time required in depositing virtual currencies may vary from coin to coin, but it generally takes about 30 minutes.
However, if unapproved transactions is overloaded on a blockchain network, deposits may be delayed due to the delay in confirmation.

The withdrawal limit differs depending on the level of certification.

Deposit must be processed from the account that has received the “My Account Verification” from Hub Channel. 
Please note that this procedure bases on the real-name trade system.

The verification email is send out to the email address entered during the enrollment process, and if it hasn’t arrived yet in your inbox, please check your “SPAM Mail Folder”.
If the verification email is not in the “SPAM Mail Folder”, please send an email to Customer Service Center (info@cexstock.com). 
Your email will be processed in the order of receipt upon confirmation by the Person-in-Charge. 
* You may not login to your account until the email verification process is completed.

Coins and KRW withdrawals are not allowed in the following cases.

1. To prevent financial incidents, withdrawals will be restricted for 72 hours from the initial creation of KRW Wallet.  Please request for a withdrawal after 72 hours.
2. Coins on standby or coins waiting for confirmation are also subject to withdrawal restrictions.
